St John’s Church is probably one of the finest early Victorian interiors in the Archdiocese of Westminster. Accordingly the Historic Churches Commission resolved that this should be a fitting Victorian restoration lighting scheme.

Light Perceptions’ design featured very carefully researched and designed reproduction late Victorian pendants for the nave. These elaborate fittings provide all of the ambient light in the nave as well as uplighting to the elegant ceiling.

Additional uplighting at clerestory levels highlights the gilding, whilst discreet spotlights illuminate the Stations of the Cross.
