The relighting of St Mary’s Church was part of a restoration and reordering of this splendid building by SS Teulon in the middle of the 19th Century.

The lighting is theatrical in both effect and application. In addition to the flexible lighting that supports the worship and music of the church there is a significant amount of decorative architectural lighting which emphasises the polychromatic brickwork and elaborate ceiling structure.
